The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is proposing an updated methodology for estimating potential modeled physical consolidation costs for Failing public water systems, At-Risk public water systems, state small water systems, and domestic wells. Non-consolidation options will be covered in detail in subsequent white papers.
